Mrs. March by Virginia Feito
Mrs. March is the wife of a celebrated author. One day an acquaintance asks Mrs. March how she feels about him basing the main character of his new book about her. Since she had not even imagined that he might have based it on her, and she wouldn't want to be compared to this character, it sends her into a paranoia of how others see her, what they think or perhaps know about her.
Looks like an interesting read.
