There's a chill in the air...20° F. Rudy has a new coverup in case the power goes out. We've already been 'requested' to conserve energy by ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas)...the Grid managers.
If the power were to go off before daylight, I would never be able to get him zipped back into this get up. I guess he would just have to climb under the covers with us.
