I bought Corduroy Mansions by Alexander McCall Smith as a full-price Kindle book...something I almost never do. Why? Because the cover photo is of an adorable little terrier depicting one of the main characters named Freddie de la Hay. What can I say? The very notion makes me smile, and I need some light entertainment.
I have had a lot of really gross spam comments left lately, so I am having to turn comment moderation back on. To my nice blog friends, my apologies if this makes it more difficult for you to comment. To the mean naughty-talk spammers, just go away!
