I'm starting slow...don't want to get overwhelmed and give up. :) But small changes have been made that have improved things.
PERSONAL MONTHLY GOALS
- Lose 2 pounds

- Get back to a more Paleo eating plan
- Make my iced coffees instead of buying them 4 times a week...I only drink coffee on my way to work, and I only work 4 days a week
- 6 times...then I gave up iced coffee altogether

- Cook twenty meals at home per month (excluding breakfast/lunch)
- 14 / 20 (I think we did better than this, but I lost count)
