I finished this one today. I tried really hard to finish it yesterday, so I could mark it as another completion for 2019. :) Really enjoyed reading about Medieval England, Iceland, and Greenland: evil queen, court murders, Viking raiders.
I've been doing lots of reading, Kath. So many good books available from our local libraries. I have just finished "The Story of Arthur Truluv' by Elizabeth Berg. Happy reading! Meg:)
I read two books by Elizabeth Berg last year (The Art of Mending, and We Are All Welcome Here) and enjoyed her writing a great deal. I've been wanting to read 'The Story of Arthur Truluv' for awhile now.
I have had a lot of really gross spam comments left lately, so I am having to turn comment moderation back on. To my nice blog friends, my apologies if this makes it more difficult for you to comment. To the mean naughty-talk spammers, just go away!

Have you read Katherine by Anya Seton? I read it from cover to cover in a weekend - could NOT put it down!
ReplyDeleteI haven't yet, but I really liked this one, so will probably look for more by Seton. Thanks for the recommendation!
