After I finished basting the vintage quilt top at the retreat last weekend, I worked on this half-square triangle throw.
It's made with two print charm packs and two solid charm packs. I got all the HSTs assembled at the retreat, as well as all the rows done but for two (which I added this afternoon).
I hope to take it to a longarm quilter, along with another top, and have it back, bound, and ready to drape on the sofa before the autumn nights turn cool enough to need it.

i like the name of your blog , sounds like where i live
ReplyDeleteThanks, Barbara! The best people are country people. The blog name describes where we lived when I began blogging. We had a hundred acres, and the nearest ‘town’ was 4 miles away…of course, it only consisted of a post office and a railroad crossing…thus my ‘nowhere’ name for it.
ReplyDeleteSince moving we only have about 3.5 acres now, and it’s located about three miles north of Wal-Mart, but that just doesn’t have the same ring to it, so the blog name sticks.
