Photo my phobia...
This is where I start getting nervous...
This is where that tingling feeling starts at the base of my neck...
This is where I am in full-blown hyperventilation.
I'm always afraid I'll get to the top and freeze...not able to move forward or back. Thank goodness Jared was driving today.

Hmmm, yeah, not a fan of large bridges either! Always glad to come over and off the other side. Phew!
ReplyDeleteCheers - Joolz
(Incidentally, my maiden name was Bridges (like Lloyd, Beau & Jeff the actors)Lol!
Nicole--I actually do have to remind myself to breathe on them. LOL
ReplyDeleteJoolz--I'm not crazy about small ones either, but these really get to me.
hi nicole
ReplyDeletewe always played a game when the kids were small going over bridges high places etc.
one was to see who could hold their breath the longest
the other was to pick a song and sing til we reached the other side
the winner was the one who got the more than one stanza sang.
silly but they worked

ReplyDeleteAh- my typing isn't that great!
ReplyDeleteis that the bridge is Corpus? If so it freaks me out too. This is a recent thing in the 3 years, not sure why. It may have started after a car accident where we rolled over. Slow motion, but still we were not upright the whole time.
Hi Bonnie! That is indeed the bridge in Corpus. Hate it.
ReplyDeleteI've rolled my car too...not in slow motion though :) ... and I definitely don't like the feeling of car events that are out of my control since (for instance, other peoples' driving!) The bridge phobia long predates my accident though.
