What I'm reading Wednesday...

On Kingdom Mountain by Howard Frank Mosher

Well, I am home again.  I got a lot of reading done while I was away.  A list of which has been added to my Reading List page linked under the blog title photo.

Now that I'm home, I am reading a book that I had reserved at the library before I left.  It is about a cantankerous Vermont spinster and the treasure-hunting, barnstorming pilot who dropped from her sky.

    1. It is reminding me a bit of Anne of Green Gables...maybe because of the time setting and because of the speech patterns of the characters' dialog. Alas, no adorable red-headed child. :)

  2. Going to my library in just a few. I think I would like this one. Sorry you didn't have time to wish me a howdy as you passed through. I'm sure Petosky was beautiful.

    1. I was just in the other room to read a few chapters, and my husband was wondering what I was laughing at. Colorful characters. :)

I have had a lot of really gross spam comments left lately, so I am having to turn comment moderation back on. To my nice blog friends, my apologies if this makes it more difficult for you to comment. To the mean naughty-talk spammers, just go away!
