I think it's a great change-up and easy to make for one. I'm trying to finish 1963 by Stephen King, I hope you will tell us more about Breakfast with Budda.
I LOVE breakfast for dinner. It was always a special treat then I was growing up! My mom always called our evening meal "supper"--I wonder--is that just a "southern thang"?

One of my favourite things when Ashley is away is having whatever takes my fancy for dinner. Quite often it's toast and Marmite!
My girls call it Brinner but it is something I would rarely have at our house. When we do, it's pancakes.
